Hi Crafty Peeps!
You know how in my last post I said I wanted to finish off some of those many unfinished projects I have laying about the studio? Well I kinda started a totally different new project. I know, I know!!! I became really inspired watching a Lindy Stamp Gang video and after that I knew I really wanted to try altering a book similar! Everything really does come together when inspiration grabs a hold of you. I was a possessed women, I tell ya (lol).
I've taken a few progress pics. Here is one after I glued the book pages together. As you can see - messily does it.
So.... add some flowers and bits n pieces.
AND then the gesso...
Then the fun stuff, the sprays.... my favourite messy part.
The end result? Am I satisfied yet...yeah I'm pretty ooookay with it. How's it looking your side? YAY, I really really enjoyed that!!!!
Time for you to get your bits n pieces out and give it go. I LOVED IT - you will totally too.
