Glue is not required for all the houses. If you want a permanent display then you will require glue for the tiers.

This will be a lengthy project assembling but will look amazing completed. Assemble houses before painting is recommended. Make sure if painting base that you leave the tabs free from gunk. You will have assembly problems otherwise.
